Descripción

  • Oversees the conceptualization of projects;
  • Monitor the working budget cascaded from the AE. 
  • Helps develop and monitors project timeline;
  • Oversee client servicing throughout the production process;
  • Monitors supplier sourcing and team manpower acquisition;
  • Oversee activation or event proper management;
  • Oversee fieldwork for project planning and operations;
  • Monitor project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Communicate with the designed account executive to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Collate and review reports, project documentation and analysis as needed. Making sure all reports are accurate and aligned. 
  • Evaluate Project Effectiveness
  • Report and update the Managing Director on the day to day progress of activation activities.
  • Report and update the Account Director on current progress of activation activities.
  • Manage the Logistics
  • And other duties assigned that are not limited to what is stated on this contract.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, communications, etc.) is often required. 
  • Experience: Typically, 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management is expected.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues. 
  • Sales and Negotiation: Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills are crucial for managing accounts and closing deals. 
  • Customer Service: A customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships are vital. 
  • Account Management: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems is important.
