Ensures that schedule and deadline are adhered to.
Communicates and implements change as directed.
Implements Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
Records the inventory of materials and company assets being released, transferred, repaired and delivered to the warehouse.
Housekeeping such as stacking, order filling, tagging and maintaining stock records at the warehouse/site.
Conducts periodic physical inventory of materials and company assets.
Establishes, maintains and promotes high accuracy of warehouse inventory movement.
Ensures accountability records and issuances of tools and equipment are properly issued.
Assists in overall and day-to-day functions of MMD in the office.
Performs other related tasks that may be delegated at any given time.

At least Senior High School Graduate or with a Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Related.
Preferably but not required, 1 year or more experience as warehouse custodian.
Must be willing to relocate to Antipolo, Valenzuela, Las Piñas, or Imus.
Competencies: Computer literate; Oral and Written Communication; Well Organized; Punctual; Responsible; Keen to Details; Trustworthy.
Others: Familiar with standard construction materials, supplies and equipment and willing to be assigned to any projects.
