Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) 

Location: Remote, Philippines-Based

Work Schedule: Fulltime, 09:00am - 06:00 PM EST Time Zone

Rate: 6-8 USD


This role is the engine of our sales pipeline, executing outbound prospecting, maintaining our CRM system, and setting high-quality meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with our marketing and sales team on messaging and area of focus.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, or a related field.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with our sales stack, MixMax, Google Apps Suite and other enablement tools. 
  • Communication: Exceptional phone presence and written communication skills; you must be comfortable cold-calling property owners, developers, and integrators.
  • Mindset: A "start-up" mentality—you are self-motivated, resilient, and ready to pivot strategies based on data and market feedback.
  • Alignment: Strong commitment to core values: simplicity, reliability, and a customer-centric approach to security.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the Multifamily Real Estate or PropTech industries.
  • Familiarity with electronic access control or SaaS sales models.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Own the full top-of-funnel lead qualification process, handing them off to Sales Executives.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted outbound campaigns using AI-synchronized lead lists to reach portfolio managers and owners of Class A and B multifamily properties.
  • ABM Execution: Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program by identifying key personas within high-value accounts and delivering tailored messaging.
  • Pipeline Revival: Proactively engage outbound leads via phone, scheduling appointments directly with account owners.
  • Data Stewardship: Maintain high standards of data hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring all lead tagging and activity tracking are accurate for marketing attribution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
