We are seeking a proactive Sales Representative to support our business growth in the Malaysian market. This role focuses on prospecting and engaging potential clients through multiple channels (phone, email, social platforms, trade shows, networking) and generating qualified sales opportunities for the sales team. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospects and play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new lead opportunities in the Malaysian market via cold calling, email outreach, trade shows, social media, and other relevant promotional methods. • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build a robust prospect pipeline. • Engage prospects to understand their needs and schedule meetings or product demonstrations. • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up. • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging. • Accurately document leads, activities, and outcomes in the designated CRM or tracking system. • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach, lead generation, and conversion targets. Requirements • Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business expansion, or recruitment consulting. • Proven track record in prospecting and lead generation across multiple channels. • Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional demeanor. • Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable to a target-oriented environment. • Proficient in MS Office applications. • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Malay proficiency is an advantage.
