We’re hiring a Business Development Specialist - Work from Home who’s passionate about business development, lead generation, strategic sales development, and building customer relationships.

  • As a Business Development Specialist - Work from Home, you’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and building relationships to closing deals and driving repeat business.

  • Strategic Account Development: Identify and engage key accounts within target market segments by creating tailored sales proposals, driving lead generation, and nurturing long-term B2B and B2C client relationships to support sustained business development and sales growth.
  • Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach and networking to build partnerships that drive steady, long-term sales growth, while collaborating with Marketing to align funnels, messaging, and lead scoring strategies.
  • Market Research & Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor positioning, and sales channels to deliver actionable business development insights, optimize sales strategies, and provide concise updates for effective sales development and go-to-market execution.
  • Reporting & Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM data integrity and sales pipeline updates, analyzing data to identify sales opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver weekly performance reports and forecasts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or other related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Sales experience in premium consumer goods, interior/lifestyle products, or hospitality solutions is an advantage
