The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, ensuring that the company’s financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards. This role involves supervising the accounting team, preparing financial reports, and coordinating audits.

• Manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Oversee together with the Finance Manager the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and intercompany accounts.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Keep updated on changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors as needed.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks by improving processes and controls.
• Supervise, train, and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and set development goals for team members.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems, processes, and policies.
• Drive automation and efficiency in accounting operations through ERP systems and software tools.
• Ensure proper documentation of accounting processes and workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA highly preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
