Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Analyst located in Pasig. The Workforce Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining real time reports, analyzing workforce data, and providing actionable insights to optimize workforce efficiency. The role involves Real time & scheduling responsibilities and capacity planning knowledge is a plus, analyzing workforce trends, and collaborating with different departments to ensure optimal resource allocation. The analyst will also communicate real time findings and recommendations to senior management for strategy.

Qualifications

5 years

• Experience in Real time & Scheduling is required, & knowledge of Capacity Planning is plus.
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Workforce Analytics
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Statistics, or Healthcare Administration) is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
