PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Warranty Supervisor is responsible for managing and administering the warranty claims process for an automotive dealership or service center. Their primary role is to ensure that all warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with the BAIC Philippines' warranty policy and procedure.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviewing and giving disposition on submitted warranty claims to ensure they meet manufacturer guidelines and requirements
  • Working with the dealers' warranty processors, technical support team, and field service representatives to gather all necessary documentation and information for warranty claims
  • Monitoring of the payment status of the dealers submitted claims
  • Tracking the status of warranty claims and following up with the manufacturer as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of all warranty claims and related documentation
  • Assisting with the resolution of warranty-related customer complaints or issues
  • Do audit of warranty process, warranty parts, and warranty room of the dealers
  • Retrieval and disposal of warranty parts

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
  • Experience Level: 2-3 years of experience, proven experience in the automotive industry, with a track record of progressively responsible roles, including leadership positions.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of automotive warranty policies and procedures, as well as a working knowledge of automotive service and repair processes.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with manufacturers and customers.
