Responsible for all related warehousing activities; receiving, releasing, storing, inventory and monitoring.
In-charge in receiving and processing of incoming stocks and materials.
Picking filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders (site to site or Head Office warehouse).
Manage, organizing and retrieving stock.
Make report on damage returned items.
Conduct inventory count.
Maintain accuracy and quality of stock inventory.
Bundy Clock and Daily Time Record (DTR) custodian for properly monitoring of attendance log-in and log-out.
Check timecards to ensure time accurately recorded.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate is required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in timekeeping or related roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficient in purchasing and procurement processes, and effective time management.
Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain accurate time records, assist in procurement documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Working Conditions: Office environment, typically during regular business hours, with some flexibility required.
Qualities and Traits: Reliable, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
