Descripción

  • Prepare the materials based on the approved MRF.
  • Release the available materials based on the approved MRF.
  • Record and monitor materials in and out.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and tools needed for implementation.
  • Receive and check the quality and quantity of returned materials from the field.
  • Receive the delivery of materials and check against PO.
  • Received tools from the field.
  • Arrange and organize the materials in their respective location daily.
  • File and organize all the duplicate hard copies of Actual Released and Returned for Inventory record.
  • Check stocks and materials needed to forecast supply and demand to prevent running out of stock.
  • Keeps the Warehouse, Storage and Sleeping Quarters clean and neat.
  • In charge of keeping the main door and gate accessible and safe.
  • Keep all vehicle keys.


Requisito

  • High School Degree or College Level.
  • Proven working experience in Warehouse and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
