Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the daily warehouse management of Luzon and Visayas region, including but not limited to:

• warehouse service provider management
• inbound and outbound warehouse operations, warehouse safety inspections, physical inventory reconciliation, routine patrols, and reporting of major issues
• oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods
• responsible for managing staff, maintaining safety and quality standards, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory records
• works closely with logistics and procurement teams to meet operational goals and improve warehouse performance

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, with supervisory experience preferred (Work Experience in a Telecom/Electronic Industry is an advantage)
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and basic logistics processes
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and meet operational demands
• Willing to do short-term business trips in Bacolod, Iloilo, and Cebu
