Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Balagtas, Bulacan

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to manage and oversee warehouse operations, with a strong focus on inventory control and stock management. The ideal candidate must have a solid work ethic, great attention to detail, and preferably experience handling automotive parts. This role requires basic computer literacy, physical ability to perform manual lifting, and the capability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Maintain accurate stock records and documentation
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times
• Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to fulfill orders efficiently
• Utilize computer systems for data entry and inventory tracking
• Support sales activities when needed (sales experience is an advantage)
• Uphold company values of honesty, trustworthiness, and diligence

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of warehouse experience
• Knowledge in truck or automotive parts is an advantage
• Computer literate and capable of handling inventory software or spreadsheets
• Physically able to perform manual lifting tasks
• Good moral character with clean NBI and police records
• Willing to work on-site in Balagtas, Bulacan
