• Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Prepare or assist in preparing food and beverages, depending on store setup.
• Pack takeout orders and ensure accuracy before delivery to customers.
• Serve food and drinks according to company standards.
• Keep the dining area, counter, and kitchen clean and organized.
• Sanitize tables, chairs, utensils, and equipment regularly.
• Dispose of trash and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Assist in maintaining food quality and safety guidelines during preparation and service.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and other crew members.
• Support other team members during peak hours and busy shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferably living nearby San Juan City or Quezon City 
• Can start ASAP
