Descripción

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Assist in menu selection and offer recommendations.
Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Requisito

20-35 yrs old willing to NCR or willing to relocate
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent communication, waitering, cashiering, customer-oriented approach, familiarity with quick service restaurants, and strong hospitality skills
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, may require evening and weekend shifts
Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, team player, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
