Descripción
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly to patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Process payments and manage cash registers.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High School/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in cashiering, and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attentive, proactive, and able to work in a team.
