Role: Marketing Virtual Assistant

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Pampanga/Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

• Assist in the creation and design of presentations and documents (copywriting and visual elements)

• Support with blogging activities, including SEO tasks (keyword research, optimization), copywriting, and design

• Edit and enhance video content for webinars, YouTube series, and case studies

• Manage calendars and schedules for webinars and case study recordings

Requirements:

• Familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook).

• Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva, Google Slides, etc.)

• Previous experience in virtual assistant roles or similar positions is a plus.

• Experience with WordPress and HubSpot is desirable.
