Video Editor / Animator (Part-Time, Remote)

Hours: 20 hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor / Animator to support our creative and marketing projects. This role requires strong storytelling abilities, artistic judgment, and experience producing visually compelling animation. The candidate must be able to align their creative style with the brand theme of metalsaves.com and deliver polished, professional video assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop animations and video content that clearly communicate concepts and brand messaging
• Craft visual narratives using effective pacing, timing, transitions, and composition
• Create 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and AI-enhanced video content
• Redesign or enhance existing creative assets as needed
• Ensure all outputs match brand tone, visual style, and quality standards
• Collaborate with the client, interpret feedback, and revise projects as required
• Maintain visual consistency and accuracy across all deliverables

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics
• Strong storytelling ability and creative concept development skills
• Solid understanding of color theory, visual tone, and design aesthetics
• Capable of producing original, high-quality visual concepts
• Experience with 2D/3D animation and AI-driven video techniques
• Proficiency in any professional animation/editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci, Blender, Runway, etc.)
• Ability to adapt creative direction to fit brand identity
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio required showcasing previous animation and storytelling work
