• Safely transport passengers: Drive tourists to and from destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Provide excellent customer service: Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and their luggage. Offer information about tour destinations and answer questions.
• Vehicle maintenance: Perform regular vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
• Route planning: Plan and optimize routes for efficiency, considering traffic and weather conditions.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and passenger counts.
• Handle unexpected situations: Be prepared to manage delays, emergencies, or other unexpected events calmly and professionally.
• Professional conduct: Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude at all times. 

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record: A valid driver's license is essential, and depending on the vehicle, a commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with passengers and other team members, such as tour guides.
• Adaptability: Must be able to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and unexpected situations.
• Professionalism: A high level of professionalism and a commitment to providing a positive and safe experience for guests.
• Physical ability: Comfortable with assisting with passenger entry and exit, as well as loading and unloading luggage.
