Job Summary:

The Utility Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall support operations within the Café France store. This role ensures a clean, safe, and organized environment for customers and staff while assisting in basic operational tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, storage, and restrooms at all times.

Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and other store tools.

Assist in basic food preparation and back-of-house support when required.

Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal following company standards.

Replenish supplies such as tissue, soap, cleaning materials, and pantry items.

Support service crew and kitchen staff during peak hours.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

Comply with company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or store manager.

Qualifications:

At least high school graduate or vocational course graduate.

With or without prior experience as Utility, Kitchen Helper, or Janitorial Staff.

Willing to perform physical tasks and extended standing hours.

Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Able to work in shifts, on weekends, and holidays.

Willing to be assigned to different Café France branches if needed.
