Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all e-Bingo site areas, including:

• Gaming floors
• Office and administrative areas
• Control rooms, pantries, restrooms, and staff common areas
• Ensure proper lighting, ventilation, and general workplace safety
• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal in compliance with environmental and sanitation policies
• Assist with procurement-related tasks, delivery of supplies, and basic operational errands
• Monitor, maintain, and report inventory levels of janitorial, cleaning, and maintenance supplies.
• Assist in setting up gaming areas, office furniture, equipment, and fixtures as needed
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to Team Leader
• Perform minor repair and maintenance works, including:
• Replacement of light fixtures
• Unclogging of sinks, toilets, and drainage systems
• Monitor safety hazards and follow health & safety protocols
• Observe strict confidentiality and security protocols within the gaming site
• Assist with customer or player areas if needed.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time to support gaming operations

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent
• With experience as Utility, Janitorial, or Maintenance personnel is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of cleaning materials, tools, and minor maintenance work
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and flexible assignments
