Descripción
Strategic Planning & Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to increase inbound tourism to the Philippines.
Identify new source markets and build B2B partnerships with overseas travel agents, DMCs, tour operators, and OTAs.
Attend international travel expos and trade fairs to promote the Philippines as a destination.
Product Development & Customization:
Design and maintain compelling inbound travel packages (cultural, beach, adventure, wellness, eco-tourism, etc.).
Customize itineraries to meet the needs of various market segments (FIT, groups, MICE).
Ensure products are competitive and aligned with global travel trends.
Operations & Service Delivery:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inbound department, including reservations, logistics, and coordination.
Manage airport arrivals, local transportation, accommodations, tours, and other services.
Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with local hotels, transport operators, tour guides, tourism boards, and government agencies.
Negotiate competitive rates and maintain service-level agreements.
Ensure compliance with local tourism regulations and safety standards.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate the inbound team (sales and operations.
Set performance targets, monitor progress, and implement continuous improvement
Marketing Support:
Work closely with the marketing team to promote inbound travel packages across digital and offline channels.
Provide content and insights for destination marketing campaigns.
Reporting & Financials:
Monitor budgets, pricing, profitability, and ROI of inbound programs.
Analyze market trends and submit regular reports to the management team.
Requisito
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound tourism, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong network of international travel trade partners and Philippine tourism stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of Philippine destinations and tourism products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and tour management platforms.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferably residents of Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, Paranaque or nearby provinces or willing to relocate.
