1. Regular meetings with staff and drivers are held to discuss performance and improvements.

2. Conducts regular meetings with staff and drivers for review of performance, financial and recommends strategic approach for improvements.

3. Recruits, and evaluates performance of drivers and addresses issues.

4. Ensures vehicle maintenance is up to date.

5. Dispatching and tracking/monitoring of all service vehicles.

6. Ensures operation is within the guidelines, safety measures, government orders, and administrative policies.

1. With at least two (2) year experience as a manager in a transportation or logistics management preferably taxi service is an advantage.

2. Strong leadership, organizational and people skills.

3. Good understanding of technology and be able to utilize software and systems to track and manage operations effectively.

4. Can source applicants and recruits qualified drivers.

5. Good negotiation skills and excellent decision-making ability

6. Ability to manage numbers and analyze data.
