We are looking for an experienced and engaging Call Center Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer service representatives for our retail account. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others succeed and a background in BPO training.

• Design and deliver effective training programs for retail BPO staff.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop training materials and resources to support learning.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance employee skills.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in training roles, preferably in the retail BPO sector.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in call monitoring and needs analysis.
• Working Conditions: Office-based environment; requires occasional travel for training sessions.
