Descripción

  • Represent Ecoshift Corporation LED Lighting Philippines in advancing our reach in the market.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media in the Wholesale/Distributor sector.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and meet sales targets.
  • Gather feedback from customers to inform about product improvements.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Management, strong Communication skills, experience with Salesforce CRM, adept in Customer Relationship Management, knowledgeable in Sales/Leasing strategies, supportive Sales Support tactics, and engaging Sales Training practices. Excellent Presentation abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Generate leads, build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate and close sales deals, meet or exceed sales targets, provide after-sales support, and collect customer feedback.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with fieldwork as required. Expectation to travel for client meetings and presentations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Exceptional interpersonal skills, persuasive, self-motivated, results-driven, with a strong customer focus and the ability to adapt to various sales scenarios.
