• Handle customer inquiries and assist in preparing quotations
• Process and monitor orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Contact new and existing clients to promote our products
• Maintain client records and order tracking sheets
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Support the sales team in daily admin tasks and documentation

• Computer literate
• Communicates well and speaks confidently with clients
• Builds good client relationships and encourages repeat business

• Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma
