Role

Call takeaway owners > offer free samples > follow up > close first order.

Call grocer owners > offer free samples > follow up > close first order.

Simple pitch. Script provided.

Daily Tasks

• 150–200 outbound calls/day

• Talk directly to shop owners

• Offer free sample drops

• Log calls: No Answer / Warm / Sample Yes / Follow-Up

• Follow up 2–3 days after samples

• Close new shops

Requirements

• Strong spoken English

• Confident, friendly phone tone

• Quiet workspace + good internet + headset

• Outbound experience preferred

Pay

• Base: AUD $1,000/month

• Bonus: $10 per new shop closed

• Total potential: $1,300–$1,800/month

• Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM AEDT

• Saturday is only a catch-up day if the weekly quota isn’t met.

• Monthly pay (stable long-term role)

• Probation: 3 months — base pay and bonuses reviewed and increased based on consistent performance.
