Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT products and services
Qualify leads for potential business
Maintain and update records with accurate customer information
Follow up with prospects via phone and email
Provide feedback on customer needs to the team
Help and support the team with all other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree from any reputable schools/universities preferably in Business in any related course or any IT course.
Previous telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales experience (preferably in IT or technology sector)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Tech-savvy and quick to learn about new IT products and solutions
Experience in IT distribution, software sales, or technology services is a plus
