  • Contact potential customers through outbound calls to introduce travel services, special offers, and new packages.
  • Promote and sell travel packages, including vacation trips, cruises, flights, and hotel accommodations.
  • Provide detailed information to customers about travel destinations, itineraries, and pricing.
  • Identify customer preferences and recommend suitable travel options based on their needs.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues related to bookings.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, travel destinations, and promotions.
  • Follow up with leads and previous customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Offer post-sale support, including assisting customers with changes or cancellations to their bookings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and positive reviews.


  • Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
