We are looking for a telemarketer with a passion for sales and technology to support our business development efforts in the IT trading sector. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients—including businesses, resellers, and IT professionals—to introduce and promote our range of IT products such as laptops, servers, networking devices, and software solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on marketing campaigns. This position requires excellent phone communication skills, persistence, and the ability to understand client needs in a tech-focused environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in BPO outbound calling or telemarketing is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and engaging phone presence
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into qualified leads
• Comfortable working with call scripts, CRM tools, and lead tracking systems
• Basic understanding of IT products and services is a plus
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
