We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and hands-on experience with laser engraving machines. This role involves providing expert technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to our customers, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laser engraving machines via phone, email, and remote desktop.
Assist customers in resolving hardware and software issues related to laser engraving machines.
Offer guidance and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of laser engraving equipment.
Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to improve product performance and address recurring issues.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in laser engraving technology and share knowledge with the team.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on laser engraving machines.
Strong understanding of laser engraving technology, including hardware and software components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Proficient in using remote desktop tools and other technical support software.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service or technical training is a plus.
