Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (I.T) or related field.
  • Experience in RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in email correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the RMA process, ensuring the proper return and replacement of merchandise.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their return requests and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate RMA records and generate reports.
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and coordinate with the technical team.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams for product returns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address issues professionally.
