• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for end-users (hardware, software, and peripherals)
• Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of IT equipment
• Handle service requests and escalate technical issues when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
• Perform field work as required to support business operations
• Work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays depending on business needs

Qualifications:

• Entry level; open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of IT/desktop support experience
• Good to excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willing to work in Makati, Taguig, or Pasig
