As a Technical Product Consultant, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our clients within a dynamic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. Your role will involve providing expert consultation, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring seamless product functionality. You will leverage your strong technical background and exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding client support and drive product satisfaction.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of extensive professional experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven proficiency in using ticketing system tools, with direct experience with platforms such as Salesforce or Certinia.
• Solid experience in technical troubleshooting, specifically within telecommunications (telco) and/or helpdesk accounts.
