The Technical Staff / Warehouse personnel provide technical support and manage warehouse operations, ensuring proper receiving, testing, storage, and release of equipment while

maintaining accurate inventory records and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming equipment and materials

Perform basic testing, checking, and preparation of technical items before release or deployment

Ensure accurate inventory records, including proper documentation for issuance, transfer, and RMA items

Safely handle, pack, and release items following company procedures

Coordinate with technical, sales, and logistics teams for timely support and delivery

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse

Report discrepancies, damages, or technical issues promptly to management

Qualifications:

Vocational graduate or college level in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or related field

Basic knowledge of technical equipment, tools, and warehouse processes

Ability to follow procedures, documentation, and inventory controls accurately

Physically fit to handle warehouse and technical tasks

Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable; willing to learn and work flexible hours if required
