  • Direct reporting to his superior
  • Supervising and managing a team of warehouse worker
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance, productivity and safety of the team
  • Scheduling and assigning task, orders and inventory
  • Ensuring the warehouse and equipment are clean and well-maintained
  • Assist warehouse loading and unloading activity
  • Implementing the management policy
  • Explaining inventory variance
  • Step in to resolve conflicts that may arise between workers on site
  • Ensure that stock inventory is carried out in a timely manner
  • Check all outgoing stock to ensure that they are in good condition
  • Constantly inspect all work equipment to identify shortages and damages

Requisito

  • College graduate
  • Must be a Computer literate
  • With good character and attitude
  • Good knowledge of record keeping
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to fully carry out instructions
  • Good leadership skills
  • Good team skills to be able to work with other
