- Prepare and serve a variety of teas and related beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar.
- Provide excellent customer service and recommend tea selections.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of tea preparations.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Stay updated on tea trends and continuously enhance knowledge.
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students welcome; previous experience is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong coffee knowledge, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve tea and coffee, manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and assist customers.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, passionate about beverages, and a team player.
