We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Compliance Officer to join our team. The role ensures accurate and timely compliance with tax regulations, while also supporting accounting operations related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file tax returns (VAT, income tax, withholding tax, etc.) in compliance with BIR regulations.
• Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely submission of reports and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of tax filings and supporting documents.
• Assist in audits and respond to queries from regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile AP and AR transactions.
• Provide guidance on tax implications of business transactions.
• Support continuous improvement of compliance processes and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Accounting course (e.g., BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, BS Management Accounting).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance or related accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Familiarity with Philippine tax laws and BIR requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
