Talent Scouting and Audition Facilitation

• Source, evaluate, and assist in signing talents through auditions, social media scouting, and industry networks
• Assess acting, singing, and content creation potential of talents

On-Set Road Management (Short Drama Shoots and Talent Projects)

• Accompany talents to shoots as road manager, overseeing itineraries and on-site logistics
• Manage travel, schedules, wardrobe, meals, and on-set problem-solving to keep productions on track
• Provide immediate talent support during filming, including line coaching, delivery guidance, and energy/mood management
• Ensure contract compliance and coordinate closely with directors and producers

Contract and Business Coordination

• Assist in preparing and managing talent contracts for auditions, shoots, and projects
• Coordinate with the Talent Management Expert on talent fees, payments, and documentation
• Ensure timely processing of payments and proper organization of all required documents

Project Coordination (As Needed)

• Support overall project coordination to ensure smooth execution of talent-related activities

Special Skills

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills with talents
• Basic contract awareness and understanding of legal terms
• Strong talent evaluation skills with the ability to match talent to project and brand requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Theater Arts, Film & Media Studies, Performing Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to scout and identify potential actors/actresses
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Capable of assisting in contract preparation and document management
• 2–5 years of experience in the entertainment industry with hands-on casting, recruitment, and contract handling
