As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are a builder of our global culture and a key driver of our success. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from uncovering top-tier global talent to creating an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand. You'll partner with hiring managers across the business, acting as a trusted advisor to help them build their high-performing teams. This role is central to our mission of powering our business with the best and brightest talent from around the world.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

• Become an Architect of Our Global Team: You will own the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Your expertise will ensure we attract and hire the exceptional talent that fuels our growth worldwide.
• Drive a Seamless Candidate Experience: You'll be the master of our Applicant Tracking System (Zoho ATS or similar), ensuring a smooth, positive, and efficient journey for every candidate. Your meticulous work will be the backbone of our hiring success.
• Be a Strategic Talent Advisor: You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, providing data-driven insights and regular updates on the talent market. You’ll be the go-to expert, guiding stakeholders to make the best hiring decisions.
