Assist in job posting across various online and offline platforms (e.g., job portals, Facebook, company website)
Source candidates through databases, referrals, social media, and job fairs
Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of applicants based on qualifications and requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
Prepare and process necessary recruitment documentation
Assist in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs and orientations
Communicate with applicants professionally and promptly
Ensure compliance with internal and external recruitment regulations (e.g., POEA for overseas recruitment)
Perform other HR-related duties as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of overseas recruitment (for agencies hiring for abroad) is a plus
