  1. Overall Recruitment Management
  2. Responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, including but not limited to the following:
  • Ensure completeness of approved personnel requisition forms, organizational charts, and job descriptions
  • Post job openings on all platforms
  • Draft job posters and captions for approval by the Creative Head and CEO
  • Source and pool qualified applicants
  • Conduct initial interviews
  • Endorse shortlisted candidates to department heads for second screening (for supervisory/managerial positions)
  • Administer and check examinations
  • Endorse applicants to the requesting department for further assessment
  • Schedule final interviews with the CEO
  • Facilitate background checks for shortlisted candidates
  • Endorse qualified applicants for job offer approval to the TA-TL Specialist
  • Coordinate job offer status updates with the TA-TL Specialist
  • Upon job offer acceptance, endorse candidates to the Company Nurse for medical requirements
  • Send pre-employment requirements to the selected candidates
  • Once requirements are complete, endorse applicants to the Training Officer for training schedules
  • Prepare requests for productivity tools (desktop/laptop, table, chair, mobile cabinet)
  • Prepare requests for company uniforms/shirts and load allowances
  • Arrange flight bookings for provincial applicants
  • Request PPEs from the Admin Department
  • Arrange accommodation and shuttle service for new hires
  • Facilitate onboarding by conducting signing of Non-Disclosure Agreements and government forms
  • Collect and organize hard copies of pre-employment requirements
  • Encode newly hired employees in ER2 and Masterlist
  • Process Metrobank payroll account registration and ensure activation
  • Register new hires in the biometric system
  • Collate and review all 201 files before forwarding to TA-TL for final checking
  1. Monitoring and Coordination
  • Provide daily updates on recruitment monitoring and applicant tracking
  • Ensure consistency between Personnel Requisition Form tracker (Google sheet) and physical PRF files
  • Coordinate with department heads for replacement of resigned employees
  • Conduct initial interviews for absorbed employees from agencies
  • Attend weekly alignment meetings with the recruitment team
  1. External Partnerships and Reporting
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with PESO offices, universities, and colleges for talent sourcing
  • Prepare and submit monthly recruitment attainment reports

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience Level: At least 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment
