Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop process models, workflows, and business cases to support decision-making.
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and reports.
Perform data analysis to track business performance and trends.
Facilitate meetings and communicate insights to key decision-makers.
Support project management by tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau. LucidChart, Astah Community).
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
