Role: Support Engineer for a Web Dev Agency VA

Client-Facing Communication

• Effectively understands client concerns and communicates them clearly to the relevant team members.

• Provides concise and clear updates, reports on progress, and outlines next steps to clients.

• Ensures support tickets are addressed within the company’s service level agreement (SLA).

• Participates in client meetings via videoconference or phone when necessary.

Task Coordination

• Coordinates tasks efficiently among team members to ensure timely execution of support requests.

Minor Web Development & Troubleshooting

• Performs content updates and minor edits on WordPress websites.

• Troubleshoots basic technical issues and applies quick fixes where applicable.

Working Arrangement: Part-time and Flexible Hours

Rate: $5/hour

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with WHMCS is a plus.

• A background in web development is advantageous.

Tools & Applications Used:

• Slack – Internal communication and coordination.

• Web Browsers (preferably Chrome) – General web access and WordPress development.

• Toky – Voice and call-based support.

• WHMCS (Web-Based) – Client management and support.
