Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs, requirements, challenges, and business priorities to effectively position company products and supplies.
Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive long-term customer loyalty and resolve any issues and problems.
Collaborates with internal teams.
Ensures the correct products and services are delivered to customers promptly.
Creates and implements strategic account plans to drive growth and expansion within assigned accounts and develops sales strategies to increase profitability of assigned areas.
Gathers, reports and communicates customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
Plays an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepares regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Achieves sales goals, targets and KPIs.
Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics that may impact client relationships.
Works closely with the Marketing and Operations team to create sales activities and ensure effective implementation.
Other Duties:
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. With at least 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales leadership or business development role and has demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets within key accounts
