Descripción

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling shifts.
Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.

Ensure outstanding customer service standards are met.
Collaborate with upper management on strategic initiatives.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Diploma required in business management or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in retail or store operations.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, marketing acumen, and inventory management.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee store operations, manage inventory, and assist in sales training and team development.
