- Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Identify, approach, and close new client accounts, focusing on high-end cafés, restaurants, hotels, and specialty stores.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to build long-term partnerships.
- Execute marketing and promotional activities within the store to drive brand awareness and product demand.
- Ensure proper merchandising, inventory control, and stock rotation of all coffee and milk tea ingredients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
- Train, guide, and evaluate store staff to meet performance standards and service quality.
- Uphold company policies and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities within Greenhills and nearby areas.
