Duties and Responsibilities:

The Store Managers are responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store. She/He orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years of proven experience in Supervisory and Managerial positions in Sales/Food/Retail/General or equivalent. Must have solid experience in F&B or Retail Management, and Store Operations.
• For Restaurant Managers/ Store Managers position, must be a graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management, any business, management course or equivalent. 
• For Shift Managers, preferably at least College level.
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure and carry out sound decisions during critical situations.
• Should have a deep sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Must be results-oriented, flexible, proactive and dynamic.
• Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
