POSITION: STORE MANAGERS

Branches:

• SM North Edsa
• SM Sta. Mesa
• SM Megamall

The Store Managers are responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store. She/He orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. People Management and Training

• Manages the development of the store team and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Creates a high-performance culture in his/her store by setting clear expectations and targets, analyzing team performance, holding team members accountable, and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance.
• Plans out and manages employees’ activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations.

2. Sales and Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure that the Sales Target for the month is reached
• Prepare Sales Presentation for the store’s sales
• Actively monitors customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous improvement. Handles customer complaints effectively and diplomatically.

3. Inventory Management

• Drives continuous improvement in stockroom processing and replenishment procedures.
• Minimizes loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed
• Verifies accuracy of inventory of stocks

4. Store Management and Compliance

• Ensure that all store concerns are raised to respective departments
• Provide suggestions and ideas on ways to improve systems and processes
• Oversees and complies with all government statutory requirements
• Ensures that end of day process is followed and executed regularly
• Supervises staff to ensure continuous cleanliness and maintenance of the premises
• Performs all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, any business course or equivalent
• With at least 3 years of proven experience in Supervisory or Managerial in F&B or Retail Management, and Store Operations.
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure and carry out sound decisions during critical situations
• Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
• Team player
•  Have strong leadership and maturity to lead the team
• Detail-oriented
