The Recreational Team Leader oversees the daily operations of a recreational or amusement area, leading a team of attendants to ensure excellent customer service, safety, and overall guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, resolving concerns, and ensuring that the area runs smoothly and professionally.
