Location: Bagay Road, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan

Responsibilities:

• Expertise as a Car Mechanic
• Provide quick and reliable service to customers by coordinating with technicians and maintaining quality control
• Train, supervise, develop, and control the technician’s job
• Implement control and maintenance of tools, equipment, and other company properties
• Meet budgeted sales for the year
• Greet and welcome customers upon arrival and inquire about their vehicle concerns
• Schedule and assign work to technicians
• Conduct road testing to ensure the job is completed properly and accurately to avoid back jobs
• Perform preliminary checks on vehicles and prepare job orders

Job Requirements:

• Has experience in the same related field
• At least 2 or more years of experience in Automotive Technician/Mechanical
• Has experience and certification as an Auto Mechanic/Technician or any related field (Preferred)
• Can take a leadership role within the team
• Can handle complex mechanical issues of vehicles
• Can utilize diagnostic equipment
• Can schedule and assign work to a technician
• Able to meet budgeted sales for the year
